Order Status

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Final Victory purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, then upon presentation of your product with proof of purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition.

In the event that your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method or store credit will be awarded. There is no refund or exchange on sale items.

 

Return or exchange

If you have purchased from Final Victory and you’d like to make a return or exchange, please ensure that you have your order number and contact us via email to support@vinalvictory.co

In some cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund without applicable return shipping credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item(s) over $55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?

Dispatch for your online order can take up to 1-4 business days from the time of your order being placed. Please note that this does not include peak periods.

I haven’t received my order yet

If your delivery time has passed the estimated timeframe, and you are unable to track your order, please get in touch with our customer care team via email support@vinalvictory.co

PO Boxes

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box or FPO addresses.

Something missing from the order?

Your items may have been sent in separate parcels, you will be notified by email if this is the case. 

If you haven’t received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you’re still missing an item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

Our support team will look into the matter and will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. 

All missing item claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date of your order.

I haven’t received the order but it marked as delivered

If your tracking states your package has been delivered, but you have not received it. Please first check with any surrounding neighbours for anyone who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf. 

If you had your order delivered to a work place, please check with all employees who may have accepted the parcel, we know how tempting a fresh ENTRPRNR package might be. 

Couriers may update the tracking as delivered prior to delivery, so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost. If after this period, you’re still unable to locate your order, get in touch with the support team and where possible, we’ll open an investigation with the courier and do our best to help out. 

Note: All lost parcel claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Orders

No confirmation email received

You’ve placed an order, the money has been debited from your account but you haven’t received your order confirmation email. Has the order been successful?!  

Not to worry, this usually means that the email you used to place the order may have had a spelling mistake or the email may have gone through to your promotional inbox or spam folder. Just be sure to check all inboxes through your email account.

Send an email or message (Please include the full name and delivery address used to place the order) through to our customer experience team at support@finalvictory.co and we will be able to locate your order. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, if your order placement time exceeds the amount of time it takes us to fulfill your order, we are unable to make any changes to your order once the order has been placed.

This includes; item, address and payment changes.

Wrong Item(s) received

In the unlikely event you have received defective item(s), please contact us immediately with the following information: 

Your order number

The name of the item you did not receive

The name of the item you received in it’s place

A photograph of the item you have received 

Once we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified to your satisfaction.

Unless proof that you have received an incorrect item has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot begin to take the steps needed to rectify the problem.

Received faulty item(s)

In the unlikely event you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately with the following information: 

Your order number

Which item is damaged

A description

Photographic evidence

If you parcel has been delivered and is already damaged upon delivery. Please keep photographic evidence of how the parcel arrived.

All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 14 working days of the delivery date.  

Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund, credit or exchange.

Once we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified instantly. 

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time and we don’t always require the faulty item back.
